RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our Commitment At PRIONDE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
Standard Items — 30-Day Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return standard (non-personalised) items. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Personalised & Custom Items As personalised and custom-made items are produced specifically for you, they are exempt from our standard returns policy under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We are unable to accept returns on personalised items unless they are faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bill@prionde-pod.co.uk with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Return Email bill@prionde-pod.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
